In March 2019, the Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Local Enterprise Partnership (SSLEP) began work on its Local Industrial Strategy.
The purpose of the Local Industrial Strategy is to support companies like yours to grow and develop your business, to benefit the economy of the area. The Strategy will set out how we intend to invest our resources to make this happen.
To help us understand the opportunities and challenges facing your business, we are holding a series of workshops in June and July with companies like yours.
Given your importance as a local employer, we would like to invite you to a workshop on 28th June 2019. Our aim is to invite other similar employers in the digital sector to understand the common opportunities and how SSLEP might help your companies to grow and innovate.
The session will run from 1:30 to 4:00pm and will be held at Stafford College, Earl Street, Stafford, ST16 2QR.
This session will focus on the digital sector.
We will serve refreshments and provide an opportunity for networking.
The session itself will be facilitated by Metro Dynamics, experts in developing strategies for places. They will provide a short summary of the key economic and business trends in the area and then facilitate discussion sessions with you and other local firms about the opportunities for growth and what support would best help you to achieve your potential.
We hope that you are able to attend this important meeting. To reserve your place, please RSVP to: Sam Hicks, SSLEP on 01785 895192, firstname.lastname@example.org
We’re really keen to get your views, so if you’re unable to attend the workshop but would like to be involved, please let us know and we can arrange to invite you to a future session.
