Free redundancy support – Now’s the time to support your staff into other work

The Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Triage Service can help businesses who are having to make changes to their workforce.

If you are about to make redundancies, please refer those individuals for direct advice and careers support to the National Careers Service on 0800 100 900 or to start a conversation online . The Triage Service can help those individuals with a bespoke plan and guidance to get straight back into alternative work in growth sectors.

If you are planning to make larger-scale redundancies (twenty or more) see the advice on www.gov.uk/staff-redundant and complete a HR1 form which will go to DWP. For general guidance and links to further information on redundancy for both employers and employees, please visit gov.uk.
