EUROPEAN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND (ERDF)

The European Regional Development Fund is focused on reducing economic disparities within and between member states by supporting economic growth and regeneration and safeguarding jobs.

For the 2014-2020 phase ERDF is worth an indicative £91m for the Stoke on Trent & Staffordshire area. ERDF funding is accessed via a series of national themed bidding calls organised by the Department for Communities and Local Government at regular intervals.
