Schools and colleges from across Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent, are invited to join the SSLEP Enterprise Adviser Network to receive support in implementing and achieving the eight Gatsby Benchmarks ( the national blueprint for best practice).
Benefits for Schools/Colleges include:
• Business Support-  A dedicated Enterprise Adviser to provide expert business and sector knowledge to help plan, develop and improve the schools careers strategy, programme and employer engagement- tailored to the schools/college needs
• CEC Support- Access to a dedicated and expert Enterprise Coordinator and a local toolkit and resources
• Employer Encounters  – Provide learners with real life business experience
• Inspiration – Support to inspire and prepare young people for the fast changing world of work.
• Improve employer networks- The Enterprise Coordinator sits at the heart of the network of local business leaders. They will harness the relationship between you and your Enterprise Adviser.
• Be part of a network- Attend regular networking meetings, share best practices and keep up to date with labour market intelligence
